Yes. You need more than 100 ZPAY tokens to be able to use the bridge. This has been done to ensure the usage of the bridge remains free for users.

Ours is the only bridge that charges zero fees. To ensure that, we've had to keep a minimum limit of ZPAY. To provide zero transfer fees, the company is bearing the cost. Each transfer costs us. We had communicated the minimum limit in advance and there was ample opportunity to fill in the gap to 100 ZPAY. 

So if we lower the limit, it's going to come at a gas fee which the user will have to bear.
